Elisa's warmth and hospitality were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with any requests and even offering to help when my luggage was lost. the modern amenities, such as the fantastic air conditioning and mini fridge, added a touch of luxury to my stay. the personal touch of having Netflix on the flat-screen TV was a delightful surprise, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings.
